Terms and Conditions

We must have a few things in order to best serve you:

• Access to a water source within 50 feet. Although we travel to your location, we will need to utilize your water. We will use our spot free filter to ensure no contaminants are present while we wash your vehicle. 
• Access to an electric outlet within 50 feet to vacuum your vehicle.

We utilize every effort to conserve water and electricity.

WE MAY CANCEL BASED ON WEATHER AND WILL GIVE YOU AS MUCH NOTICE AS POSSIBLE. WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO RESCHEDULE THE SERVICE.

A few other notes:

• If direct sunlight is present at the time of your wash we will require a 20' x 10' area to set up our tent. This prevents heat on your paint that prevents our cleaning solutions from working properly.
• Our chemicals are environmentally friendly. Our services will generate a runoff but is done with the environment in mind.
• We will make noise, sorry for any inconvenience. We will use gas powered blowers and pressure washer while cleaning your vehicle. Please keep your neighbors in mind in the time you schedule. 
• We may perform our services faster than scheduled, or we may take some more time. We work to standard. If there is a deadline in which we must stop work, please inform us before we begin. Many factors such as the number of people we have working, weather, exact type of vehicle, and condition of your vehicle impact the time it takes us to do our jobs.
• We will perform a visual inspection of your vehicle prior to beginning work. Wessy Wash is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any pre-existing damage. 

What we DO NOT do:

• We DO NOT currently wash or detail campers, motor homes, motorcycles, or boats. If you have any other unique request that does not involve a car, truck or SUV please contact us before scheduling.
• We DO NOT perform service outside of the  22039, 22152, 22153, 22015 and 22032 (select Fairfax County Virginia locations) zip codes without prior authorization. Any reservations made outside of these zip code will be cancelled.
• We DO NOT wash engines or undercarriages.
• We CAN NOT 100% remove cigarette smoke or other odors caused by contaminants in your vehicle. We will try our best but cannot guarantee the removal of all odors.
• We ARE NOT miracle workers. We cannot fix dents, dings, scratches, chips. glass cracks and other damage that exists on your vehicle. We cannot repair damaged and worn paint. We will clean the best we can.
